CHANGE OF VENUE (starting 4th March)- For the next few weeks, while our church is undergoing redevelopment, we will be meeting at Balmoral Primary School at our normal time of 10.30am. GBC Tots, GBC Kidz and GBC Youth will also take place at the school. The activities that normally take place in our hall during the week are unchanged. Click here for school location map.

Galashiels is a small town in the heart of the Scottish Borders with a population 0 of around 14,000. A combination of pleasant parks, good parking and shopping facilities and excellent eating places make it a popular though not overcrowded tourist town within easy reach of several well known visitor centres.

The Baptist church is situated in a residential part of the town not far from the road out to Peebles. Visitors will experience a warm friendly welcome at any time of the year.





The Baptist church celebrated it Bicentenary Year in 2004 and we continue to be active in the local community and the surrounding area bringing the Good News of Jesus to the Borders people.
